Create your own custom Emoji

Discord allows users with Administrative privileges to create custom emojis on the server. This next section is here to guide you on the creation of your first emoji.

1. First, we will need to get into the server settings. The image below will display where you can find the button.

   

2. Click on the cog beside the server settings display.

   

   Clicking on this cog will bring you to your server settings window. If your window looks something like this, you're at the right place!

   

3. Click the Emoji menu on the left.

   

4. Click upload Emoji.

   

   Upon clicking the upload Emoji button. Discord will then prompt you to select an image from your device.

   

5. Select an image that you want to create into an emoji.

   

   Once you have selected your image. It shall appear in the menu similar to the image below.

   

6. Navigate back to your server.

   

7. Click the emoji tab on the bottom right.

   

8. Click on your server logo in the emoji tab.

   

9. Click on the emoji you have created.

   

10. Send the Emoji as a message to the server!
